Registration pricing and information below is from our Spring 2024 Conference which has passed, and is provided for reference only. Please check back for updates on our Spring 2025 Conference.

Scholarships:
NEARC is excited to continue to offer scholarships for both student and professional attendees. Scholarship applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until May 8, 2024 at 11:59 PM, and decisions will be returned by May 10, 2024.
If you’re unsure if you should apply, please go for it! We want to support members of the NEARC community with scholarships to cover the cost of registration (travel/lodging costs are not covered), particularly students, young professionals, and those who do not receive employer assistance!

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received by May 14, 2024 will be issued a refund less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations after May 14, 2024 will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed.
