Scholarships:
NEARC offers a limited number of scholarships, which cover the cost of registration, to support community members' attendance at our conferences. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as long as funding has not been exhausted. If you’d like to present at the Spring conference but are unsure if you will be able to cover the cost of attendance, we encourage you to apply for a scholarship! Please note that STUDENT PRESENTERS register for free and do not need to apply for a scholarship. Simply choose the appropriate registration option in the registration form IF you have been accepted as a presenter at the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received by May 21, 2025 will be issued a refund less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations after May 21, 2025 will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed.
