*A limited number of shirts will be available onsite in various sizes, available to purchase for $20. If you want to guarantee you get a shirt in the size you'd like, pre-order through registration by Sept. 30.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available to students and professionals in need of financial assistance to participate in the Fall NEARC Conference. Scholarship applications received by September 20th will be reviewed together with decisions given by September 24th. Those received afterward will be reviewed on a rolling basis as funds allow.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received by October 18 will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $25 for all main conference registration options, or $10 for Sunday GIS Educators Day Only registrants. After October 18, refunds will not be issued but substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
