Registration Pricing & Meals Included
The following registration pricing and information is from our 2024 Fall NEARC Conference which has passed. Please check back for information regarding our 2025 Conference.
- Educators Day on Sunday does NOT include any meals.
- Monday – breakfast, lunch, reception.
- Tuesday – breakfast, lunch, banquet dinner.
- Wednesday – breakfast only; conference adjourns right before lunch.

*DISCOUNTED RATE: We are offering a discounted registration rate to attendees who take advantage of the group block and stay at the host hotel or if you are local and do not require overnight accommodations. See “Discounted Rate” column below for fee.

**A limited number of shirts will be available onsite in various sizes, available to purchase for $20. If you want to guarantee you get a shirt in the size you'd like, and want to save $5, pre-order through registration by Oct. 10.
Scholarships
Scholarships will be available to students and professionals in need of financial assistance to participate in the Fall NEARC Conference. Scholarship applications received by September 20th will be reviewed together with decisions given by September 24th. Those received afterward will be reviewed on a rolling basis as funds allow. Please check back for the application forms for students and professionals.
Cancellation Policy
For our 2024 Fall NEARC Conference: Cancellation requests received by October 18 will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $25 for all main conference registration options, or $10 for Sunday GIS Educators Day Only registrants. After October 18, refunds will not be issued but substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Please check back for the 2025 event cancellation policy.
