Scholarships - Applications Closed
Scholarships will be available to students and professionals in need of financial assistance to participate in the Fall NEARC Conference. Scholarship applications received by September 20th will be reviewed together with decisions given by September 24th. Those received afterward will be reviewed on a rolling basis as funds allow. Cancellation Policy
For our 2025 Fall NEARC Conference: Cancellation requests received by October 17 will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $25 for all main conference registration options, or $10 for Sunday GIS Educators Day Only registrants. After October 17, refunds will not be issued but substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
