NEARC Slack​

The NEARC Slack workspace allows us, as a community, to network, connect, and discuss all levels of GIS, helping enable us to be a place for ‘users helping users.’

Slack is 

• Messaging platform that enables easy and fast communication, no matter your device.
• Less formal and permanent than email
• Made up of #public or private ‘channels’ which act as message boards organized by topic
• A way to directly message other users

• Create an account and join the community by signing up via the invitation link. Or find us at  https://nearcworkspace.slack.com/. 
• Fill out your profile and introduce yourself by posting to the #introductions channel, a dedicated space for new members.
• Explore the other channels and join the conversation!
