About Spring NEARC
Spring NEARC is an annual, one-day conference held near the center of the NEARC region. The day is packed with professional development and networking opportunities for all levels of GIS users. Highlights include:

Conference Registration
Registration includes all sessions, keynote address, breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Conference Location & Parking Information
The conference is in the Lincoln Campus Center at UMASS Amherst, directly adjacent to the Parking Garage. There is a direct link to the Campus Center on the lowest level of the garage where there are accessible parking spaces and the accessible entrance to the Campus Center.
Campus Conference Services is offering $5.00 all day parking permits to Spring NEARC registrants, available for purchase at onsite conference registration. Without the special NEARC parking permit, campus parking garage fees are as follows:
- From 5am until 5pm, the rate is $1.50 per hour.
- From 5pm until 5am, the rate is:
- $1.50 for the first hour
- $3.00 maximum for additional hours
- The maximum fee for parking between 5pm and 5am is $3.00. At 5am, the normal rate of $1.50 per hour resumes.
- The maximum fee for a day is $20.00.
- There is a maximum grace time of 15 minutes.
