| Registration fees include entry to all workshops and general sessions, ESRI technical sessions, test drives, Doctor’s office, vendor exhibits, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks, dinner on Tuesday, Vendor Reception and Poster Social, and evening entertainment. The Sunday evening event is an additional fee. Registrations received after September 12 will be subject to a late fee (as shown in parentheses below). |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Cancellations received prior to September 12, 2008 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 12, 2008 are non-refundable but substitutions will be accepted. |
