| Abstract: | A Facility Locational Accuracy Improvement Tool (FLIT), developed under a Network Readiness Grant offered by the National Environmental Information Exchange Network (NEIN) Grant program, is currently employed by the DEC to improve the Title V Air Facility coordinates identified in the National Air Emissions Inventory (NEI) and regulated by DEC. In this session, we will present the system architecture, application development approach using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and demonstrate both the Desktop and Mobile GIS FLIT applications. |
