Fuss & O'Neill Technologies worked with the Town of Shelter Island, NY to develop a web-based harbor management system. This system is used by town personnel in the harbor as well as on shore to keep track of mooring fields, permitted mooring locations and their actual locations, buoys, coastal areas, etc. Fuss & O'Neill Technologies provided new GIS data layers, web-based software, and hosting services to ensure the successful implementation of this system. This presentation will be a case study of this project, including a discussion of project goals and methods, lessons learned, and a live demonstration. |
