Recently, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission finished its Valley Vision 2, a landuse analysis for promoting compact development, brownfield investment and a vision of our region for the next 10 years. Part of the deliverables for this project was the Valley Vision Toolbox, a web based envisioning tool with descriptions of a number of options a community might have to encourage compact development, infill, and redevelopment. Using Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader, the user will also find sample bylaws and a snapshot of the results of the Valley Vision 2 model for their community. |
