The Northeast ARC Users Group (NEARC) invites you to participate in the largest GIS conference in the Northeast, to be held October 4 -7, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire. The Host Committee and NEARC Board of Directors are developing an exciting agenda in order to bring the practitioners and users of GIS data together to talk GIS and to learn from each other. We invite you to review the enclosed information and consider the branding possibilities for your organization when you participate as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.
Annually NEARC draws attendees from 10 states, attracting over 400 users of Geographic Information System software including urban and regional planners, educators, natural resource and utility professionals and government agencies that use geographic information to help with decision-making and problem solving on a daily basis. The conference will feature keynote sessions, vendor demonstrations, poster displays and over 60 technical workshops and user presentations.
We are committed to allowing ample time in the agenda for attendees to visit with vendors. Additionally, there are new sponsorship opportunities in order to maximize face time with attendees. Exhibitors will be located in the Nashua Grand Ballroom on the main level, in the center of all program activities. All spaces are approximately 8’ wide and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The exhibit area will open at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, and continue through Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the entire conference which starts on Sunday afternoon, and ends Wednesday at noon.
