| Registration fees include entry to all workshops and general sessions, ESRI technical sessions, Doctor’s office, vendor exhibits, Vendor Reception and Poster Social on Monday, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks, and Fifties Theme Party Dinner on Tuesday. The Sunday evening BBQ at Roby Park
is an additional fee. Registrations received after September 21st will be subject to a late fee (shown in parentheses). |

| Cancellations up to September 21st will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after September 21st are non-refundable, however, substitutions are permissible. |
