| Abstract: | By 2012, municipalities and states must have a plan for maintaining sign retroreflectivity. In other words, you need to make sure your signs are visible at night. To do that, you'll need to know what signs you have and where they are. We'll explore ways to map your signs, monitor their condition, and keep track of replacements. Options range from very low-tech methods to collecting detailed data with fancy equipment and an asset management system. |
