| Abstract: | This session will focus on a discussion and demonstration of the next release of ArcGIS. ArcGIS 9.4 will contain additions and changes to the desktop environment to improve editing workflows. The interface will be reorganized to help you work better and more efficiently. The new Catalog window, searching, and reporting, will all be topics covered in this “Sneak Preview” session. Geoprocessing improvements and the continued expansion of the use of Python as a desktop scripting language will be discussed as well. While the session will deal mostly with the desktop environment, it will also touch on enhancements to the server and mobile frameworks. Recommended for all users. |
