Abstract:	"Convincing non-techies to use GIS is often as challenging as procuring the funds to buy GIS software in the first place. So what better idea than to create a product with GIS that satisfies the needs of the non-techy but also gives them more. In Westwood we're exporting maps/mapbooks to pdf from the GIS that we then attach other information (clickable) to for these same endusers. It gives them GIS information but goes further and uses software that is free for anyone to use. It becomes portable enough for DPW, Public Safety, or anyone else without having to learn the intricacies of GIS software."
