| Abstract: | This presentation will explore the multiple ways of using your ESRI infrastructure for publishing your GIS data to Google Earth. There are many ways to add your GIS data to Google Earth ranging from using world files and KML files to serving up the 2D and 3D features directly from your ArcGIS Server. ArcGIS Server 2D and 3D maps services offer the most dynamic approach to publishing your enterprise data to Google Earth and this will be discussed in detail. Other topics include: exporting KML from ArcGIS; using Google Earth to open native shape or image data sets with a world file; and integrating Google Sketchup into both Google Earth and ESRI 3D environments. |
