Registration Fees
Registration fee includes: entry to all workshops, technical sessions and general sessions, Esri Doctor’s Office, vendor exhibit area, Vendor Reception & Poster Social on Monday, Dance Party on Monday, NEARC Networking Reception and Awards Banquet on Tuesday, Pub Crawl & Poker Run on Tuesday, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. The Welcome Social at Saratoga Strike Zone Bowling Alley is an additional fee.
*DISCOUNTED RATE: We are offering a discounted registration rate to attendees who take advantage of the group block and stay at the Saratoga Hilton, or if you are local and do not require overnight accommodations. See “Discounted Rate” column below for fee.
To qualify for "Discounted Rate" you must select one of the following items on the registration form:
- Saratoga Hilton Reservation Confirmation Number
- commuting to conference; do not require overnight accommodations

| Cancellations up to November 1st will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after November 1st are non-refundable, however, substitutions will be permissible. |
