NEARC works on behalf of its constituents by negotiating favorable rates with the host hotel, and receives complimentary meeting space and other concessions because of our room block contract commitment with the hotel. Attendees must either stay at the Newport Marriott, OR have a billing address within 50 miles of the hotel to receive the standard registration rate.
STANDARD RATE: These registration fees apply if you are staying at the Newport Marriott AND/OR your billing ZIP code is within 50 miles of the hotel.
NON-STANDARD RATE: These registration fees apply if you are staying at a hotel other than the Newport Marriott AND your billing ZIP code is more than 50 miles from the hotel.

| The 3-day registration fee includes entry to all workshops and general sessions, Esri technical sessions, Doctor’s office, vendor exhibits, Vendor Reception and
Poster Social on Monday, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks, Banquet and Entertainment on Tuesday. The Tasting Reception at Coastal Extreme Brewing Co. is an additional fee. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Cancellations up to October 25th will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 25th are non-refundable, however, substitutions will be permissible. |
